West London Media Hub  brings together Park Royal Partnership’s package of business development for the film, television and music cluster (known as the &ction programme).  The area is home to over 250 companies with more than 13,500 employees spread across a full spectrum of activities including broadcasting, programme production, studios, special effects, prop and equipment hire and a multitude of freelance activities.

Closeness to London, and the concentration of production-based businesses in and around Park Royal, has led to the area becoming a firm favourite with art directors and production designers.

The &ction programme is designed to build on these strengths and make the area an even better location for film, television and music businesses.  The programme is directed by a “Cluster Action Team” which is made up of representatives of local businesses.

At present our priorities are to:

• Market and promote the area as the home of companies working in film and television production to generate inward investment
• Raise the profile of film, television and music companies located here and so win them more business
• Help firms network with one another and strengthen the business community
• Work with the industry to identify what needs to be done to make Park Royal a better place to do business
• Act as a gateway to business services and make access to these services more effective
• Build relationships with industry bodies across London.

Our aim is to make Park Royal the location of choice within London for businesses involved in the creation of film and television content.
